Does anyone know a source for a replacement sheave for the Main Halyard? Or is there a spec somewhere for it?

We haven't had to buy that part ourselves. Looks like Harken has some. Maybe one will do the jo bnicely? https://www.harken.com/en/shop/sheaves/

Pretty sure they are 3 1/4 by 1/2.

Try McMaster and Carr but you'll need to get a 3/4 to 1/2 bronze bushing. With it. I might have one if you'd like for

Me to look in my parts supply.

I have one. Pearson original part, light wear. With bolt and somewhat worn side plates.
