You may also want to check with UK Sails in Texas. Pedro has his own design that works great in flat waters. Quantum you want to deal with Doug Burtner in Rochester NY as he developed a winning design that been at the top of regattas for many years. Benz Faget with North Louisiana developed the North design many years ago and they are likely the best sails , but Benz is not working full time anymore so delivery might be a problem. You can get ensign sails from other North lofts, but they are a copy cat design and never developed by a sailmaker competing with the sails they design. North and Quantum will be made in Sri Lanka in a mega loft. UK Texas cuts and sews there Ensign sails here in USA . At least thats my knowledge as of a year or two ago.

Benz Faget is the North Sails guy in New Orleans. I purchased a new main from him about a year ago and he just delivered a new main and genoa to another Ensign owner here in Dallas. He's the go to guy for sails in New Orleans and long-time Ensign sailor (although some back surgery issues have kept him from sailing lately). He's won Ensign nationals along with his father, for whom one of the Class Association trophies is named. That is to say he's a wealth of Ensign knowledge and stories.
