Mike Macina has filed a report on the Niantic Bay Yacht Club Races held July 26, 2926.

"On July 26th, the Niantic Bay Yacht Club hosted two Sunday afternoon races. With an easterly breeze of 5-7 knots, the race committee set a windward-leeward-finish course. After starting the Atlantic Class and Lightning Class, the race committee made a good decision to abandon the races they started as the wind rotated 180 degrees. The race committee quickly recalled all the classes of boats and restarted everyone in the westerly direction with the same windward-leeward-finish course. '
