Spinnaker pole track on mast design

Lorelei simply has two spin pole rings. No track.

One for light air and one for medium / heavy. Seems to work just fine, lighter and perhaps easier to install than a track with a car. Four rivets for each fitting. (Don't forget to line the underside with electrical tape to prevent electrolysis.)

I'm updating my 1964 203 Ensign to rig a spinnaker. Can someone suggest a spinnaker pole track length and height off the deck?

Also a brand/model?
