Bolts in Bilge - Purpose

Lifting bolts? I’ve heard of 1/2” threaded rod used as lifting blots (well within tolerance), I used 3.4” bolts. I would check with the seller to confirm that they were threaded through the lead from the bottom before installing eye nuts for lifting. If the keel joint has reinforced glasswork, good chance that is their design.
