Base tune and 8 - 12 knots, using the old Loos Gauge :

Mast centered and straight

Forestay: 15 LU
Uppers : 34 LU 
FWD Lowers : 34 LU 
AFT Lowers : completely loose

Heavy Air :

I have the Ensign Tuning Guide and a set of Haarstick Tuning Guides...may have downloaded from the ECA website. Did a search for Lindsey sails, and came up empty. Hope these help!
