I am a relatively new Ensign owner (< 1 year), and am a new member here. I have been sailing on Ensigns for a few years now and bought my own last year. It is in Lake Travis (outside of Austin) in a slip. I purchased the boat and trailer form a family friend up in Michigan who had been storing the boat on the Triad trailer in dry storage for nearly a decade. The trailer is in good working condition (made the trip from Michigan to TX last year smoothly) and has a recent appraisal/inspection (as part of the full vessel inspection) that I would be happy to share upon request. I believe I also have the original receipt from Triad. I am only getting rid of it because I have no need to transport my boat and storage fees at my marina for the trailer are ~$100/month, so I'd like to get it to someone who has a use for it.
The entire wheel setup (bearings, brakes, tires, etc.) was replaced last year to make it road worthy but it has been sitting at the marina for some time now so the tires likely just need some air. I do not have a means of hauling it anywhere so buyer would need to be able to pick it up in Austin (on the south side of Lake Travis, Lakeway area).
I have attached a few photos of the trailer (with boat on) from when I purchased (note photos were taken before wheel setup replacement). I can take more recent photos upon request.
